This is so dumb.
Who will do the shooting? You recognise that asking soldiers or law enforcement to shoot their own people for no good reason is what causes civil wars, yes? SO you're going to ask some squaddies to start murdering their fellow citizens for going for a walk? Could they not just order them home instead?
No one could possibly claim to be uninformed at this point.
The advice isn't that complicated. Only a tiny portion of common sense is needed to be able to follow it.
Cut down all non-essential travel completely
Stay indoors as much as possible
Work at home where possible
If you do need to go out then stay 6 feet away from others at all times.
Shop sensibly with consideration of others
Stay inside and isolate for 12 weeks if you are in a high risk group.
If you know you'll bump into loads of other people by going somewhere then dont go. Go a walk round your home where its quiet instead. It's not a bank holiday. It's a health crisis.

In some cases, but when all people are allowed to do is go for a walk we shouldn't be that surprised that lots of people go for a walk where it's popular to go for a walk. The message from Johnson has been all over the place. That's the bigger problem.
