I don't think anybody is doubting that. It's more, when does it stop? Are we talking about a new booster everytime there is a new variant? If so, that will wear thin very quickly. There will come a time when people will just stop taking the booster. You can't keep jabbing everyone every 3 months. Maybe just maybe a massive shake up of the NHS systems, funding, management levels and the services it offers will have to be looked at, and money placed into respiratory care instead.

There was no vaccines for the first year and no hospitals where overwhelmed, even though they threatened it for months on the news. The nightengale hospitals where never even used for god sake.

Lets say there’s a new variant every 6 months which seems to be the common pattern so far.
Say the previous vaccinations everyone has had are not effective against the new strain which causes cases to rise again, then what?? Stick our arms out again? For how long another 3-5-10 years? There could be new variant after new variant!

You seem to be forgetting that my life and your life shouldn’t exist around protecting the NHS. Have they really brainwashed people that much that it’s mine and your job to protect the NHS.

If Moderna make good on their promise on a booster for Omicron early 2022 that could potentially mean 4 vaccines in less than a year for young and healthy people.

Government are definitely panicking.

Youve had a jab to protect yourself (Because you can still pass it on)
You wear a mask to protect yourself
(Because if you don’t have Covid how can you spread it? so you wear it to protect yourself)

Smartwatches are fairly common, would be great if they could give you a heads up that you might be infected so early before symptom onset

It may be purely anecdotal, but I know of five separate people who've tested positive today. It's been a long time since those kind of numbers appearing.
