It's a mess really. The testimony is interesting in so much as it shines a light on how badly our system of government works, especially in times of crisis, but aside from that, the thrust of his testimony seems to be "This person [insert name here] was incompetent and made bad decisions, then continued to make bad decisions and didn't learn any lessons" - well, yeah, no ****.
Hancock will get the boot and it will all be forgotten about - which will be a huge missed opportunity to sort out 'the state' and how it operates.
