What does low confidence concerns mean? They think the vax won't work against indian variant?
As I understand it is their confidence in their conclusions ie how much data they have to back it up.
So for the transmission they are moderately confident that their conclusion that is more transmission-able than wild type is correct. For the vaccines and natural immunity they have less data, primarily lab data rather than real world, on what the impacts are so they are more cautious on stating conclusions and want more analysis/testing.
Positivity rate in Delhi was 30% so at least, whilst still horrendous, there seems to be a bit of a drop that is hopefully not due to some testing issues.

The wife had booked a trip to see family in the second half of June. 18 months since she's seen them now. She's had both doses for about a month now. The places on the green list are a bit of a joke tbh. Travel to those places must be absolutely minuscule. Brunei and the Falklands ffs.
With one shot, no but the full two shots seems to have worked at least in hospitalizations/deaths
