As a person who has had both, the side effects of the jab are minor in comparison to how rough you can feel with COVID. I felt as if I was about to die at one point albeit for a short time.

She's been largely credited amongst the world for her outstanding contribution to the UK vaccination roll out and procurement strategy.

I certainly wasn’t insinuating that the side effects were worth passing on the vaccine. If anything, the 12 or so hours I spent curled up in a ball shivering in my bed makes me even more certain I want absolutely no part of the actual virus.

Sadly not surprising. From early on I figured it would end up endemic. Would have really loved to be wrong

Going to be interesting to see what regional effects there are - of course would much prefer not to find out but going to take a lot to change some people’s minds

I’m more than a little worried that as long as people remain able to travel freely between states, we’re unlikely to completely contain the virus to a regional problem. Kind of hard to just set your kitchen on fire.

Oh no, I wasn't saying you were so apologies if it came across that way.

It was more a, well poorly worded, comment of how the potential ill effects of the vaccine are from my experience massively outweighed by what the virus can do.

The side effects made me very glad not to have experienced the "real thing" and tbh made my heart hurt over what my grandmother went through
