This is important because as Neil Ferguson highlights: "parallel data [to the Israeli data] coming through from the UK that the Pfizer vaccine, certainly after two doses, gives a very high level of protection - 90, 95 percent-plus, as shown in the trials."


We must not let the good of these vaccines be ruined by a numb nuts spacing out of the Pfizer jab beyond 5/6 weeks.

Conversely, there's still no evidence of it not working, either
 
Joe-Warren Plant and his partner Vanessa Bauer have pulled out of Dancing On Ice after testing positive for coronavirus. Plant said in a statement: "Having tested positive for Covid this now means the end of the competition for Vanessa and I. I have loved every minute of being a part of Dancing On Ice and I am disappointed as I feel I had so much more to give and was working hard to perfect each performance."

What I’ve looked for, and haven’t found, is if there is a definition of what “not working” means that would change the UK dosing spilt or what testing/tracking is being done to determine if that unknown criteria is triggered.

For instance there doesn’t seem to be testing of antibodies at intervals (say 3,6,9 and 12 weeks) to see if after the first jab there is a drop off in levels below an “acceptable level”. I also don’t know what tracking is being done to see whether anyone who has just the single Pfizer vaccine dose has ended up in hospital.

They might be in place but I’m confused why there aren’t clear definitions of what would constitute success/failure for what is essentially an off label trial.
