Who continues to allow none urgent businesses to open across the UK with huge amounts of spread?

Who is keeping huge amounts of businesses open which results in 50% of kids parents being 'essential' and schools being 50-60% full?

You're always going to get a few idiots but at least 95% of the spread is down to government policy.

Thats a very specific religious group who don't believe in COVID, Israel and USA have had very similar problems with them. I wouldn't say ultra orthodox jewish people have the same mindset as the average person on the street.

There will always be rogue elements, but the 12 months of slow action and ignoring scientific advice by Boris is by far the biggest factor in our incredible death toll.

I agree. Was just on that specific example and then other examples of people clearly flouting it in everyone's faces, mate.

There's a reason that COVID happens to spread in more ethnic minority groups too, and not all of them are cultural.

Why were cases extremely high...anybody with half a brain knows what to do and what not to do...but some choose not to.
I will give you the Govt's a gang of tossers, but the public have to shoulder more than 5% of the responsibility.

With the Pfizer one I absolutely agree they shouldn't be going against the advice.

Originally the AZ vaccine was to be 3 weeks between 1st and 2nd jabs.

Just got a message that a guy I play football with, a man mountain from Hobart,Taz, has been admitted to hospital with CV.Worrying as he is so fit and healthy.

Merely from what I've seen, there seems to be a larger percentage of people who are getting the virus and suffering from more severe symptoms.

I'm not talking about hospitalisation but rather the symptoms that the majority of people get: less colds and more people feeling like boiled faeces.

My missus got the Pfizer one before Christmas. Was due to get the 2nd dose and it got cancelled a couple of days beforehand.

It's certainly a strategy with massive risk saying 12 weeks will be safe. If people who have had the 1st dose and were told they would get the 2nd dose only for it to be denied to them suddenly became ill where the 1st dose didn't work well enough......well the government would have some serious issues on their hands thats for sure.

Same thing happened to my wife and a number of her colleagues in the same hospital department. First dose 23/12 second changed to the middle of March.

Its not down to the public at all. Everything is on this government. Compliance in the UK is generally fantastic. Much larger anti lockdown protests happening across europe.

We need lockdown lifting at a timely manner thats all I'm saying. It cannot continue indefinitely like some people would prefer.

A few idiots. The case you mentioned earlier was 400 people but you dismissed that as religious. Our entire village is not much more than 400. Blame the government all you want, but we all have to be as careful as we can. The 400 were selfish beyond belief, but as they are not the government that’s OK.....
