Do you think all their staff didn’t get given it as well ?
Course they bloody did.

Wouldnt bother me if they did. The more that get it, the better.

And FWIW, I would have classed your staff as key workers, jab wise, bus drivers as well.

As long as there's one pensioner in a one-bedroom flat somewhere who hasn't had their second dose, those privileged scumbags shouldn't be having one IMO.

I will leave it to the NHS professionals to decide who they vax. The virus does not recognise wealth or celebrity, so folk get it when they are told its their turn.

The way I see the government playing this now.

I mean, really, the scales have completely broken. They're both on the floor as lives are being lost and the economy has, and is, tanked/tanking.

However, you can't separate the issues out. They are one of the same. A health economy equates to better levels of care, better levels of health - mental, physical well-being. And a healthy society equates to a healthy economy.

There isn't really a middle ground. You need both.

Don’t know how it works to be honest, but we have plenty shielding, so I assume as they are deemed vulnerable then they will get jabs as a matter of course ?
A fair few of our older staff have just retired during the lockdowns btw. They just decided they’ve had enough and fair play to them.
Lorry drivers and home delivery drivers I think should get it as they are essential.

The virus sure does recognise crowded conditions and inequality.

The Royals are uniquely positioned in this country to ride this out without harm coming their way. Many others aren't.

They should have been bottom of the queue.

Whats Bristol like, covid/SD etc etc wise, mate?

Cases are rocketing alarmingly unfortunately.

City centre is pretty dead and SD is generally good walking around in the park and around the harbour and on the walk to the coop. I dont go anywhere else to be honest now ha.

But there's still masses of people completely disregarding the rules. There's a huge group of lads who work out all day on the bars in the park with testosterone fuelled (and slightly homoerotic) bear hugs and back slaps and my mate who makes deliveries said he went to about 10 different house parties last night.

As i came out the coop then a guy walked in without a mask and just tutted and waved away the security guard. Im was too tired even to say anything, it just made me despair. But thankfully that is very much an isolated incident.

The house party thing is bloody weird.

Thats a real shame. And annoying.
