Whilst he definitely did not say that about the white working class, I can emphasise with your general point about Corbyn. Whilst he expresses horror that serious criminals are being booted out of the country, he does not say a single word about the poor working class white girls in their early teens or even younger who were badly let down by the previous Labour government, councils and police authorities up and down the country.

On topic: I think I get the game with the numbers now. Hubei is reporting 4800 new cases, which is a big jump from two days ago but looks like a drop after yesterday's change to reporting. It's also clear from the numbers that they're having to rely on CTs to diagnose because they're running short of diagnostic kits, and that problem was probably behind the decrease in the rate of new diagnoses in the last week or so.
