I would have thought it would he better practice during a pandemic to identify a city like Liverpool at risk and , well , test everyone.
Rather than spout bullocks statistics that clearly mean nothing in real terms, test everyone , get a real number of the virus and then if you lock down afterwards at least you know how many numbers are being reduced then.

A good article until I saw the larger picture of the mask which looked a bit Heath Robinson tbh....although any mask that will stop my glasses fogging up will be a winner.....
I'd imagine the challenge would be getting it into any kind of production to have a meaningful impact in time tbh. Most masks seem to have a fairly uniform design, which presumably helps with machining etc.
