Keep in mind that shops will have a legal duty to provide a safe working environment for their staff, and indeed for patrons. Given the legal complications that might arise from either group getting seriously ill on their premises, I would imagine the vast majority of sensible employers would err on the side of caution when letting people back. I had to travel a bit for work last week that required prolonged mask wearing (~90 minutes at a time), and it really isn't that big an imposition if you really must go back into a physical store.
By the way, mandating the wearing of masks is also in no way an example of fascism. If you're going to prattle on about your intelligence, at least understand the words you use.
