you don’t dismiss lads who might lose their home because you’re under the Cosh, well you shouldn’t if you’re in a good place . If you’re struggling tell people but dismissing the very Real concerns of people or entire sections of society because it doesn’t gel with what you think is ‘right ‘ is just not a good thing .

a lot of people are finding this hard , I know someone early in this who overdosed due predominantly to loneliness and isolation . I suspect he’s out and about today but he’s feeling lots better , maybe you’d dismiss him as a prole but perhaps he’s just trying to survive .

just maybe give people a little bit Of respect then maybe you’d feel better about yourself .

I have every sympathy with individual nightmare stories like that. But we are dealing with a pandemic that'll kill tens of thousands, and the only way to stop it being another March-April catastrophe and costing us hundreds of thousands is for everyone to exercise discipline.

Of course, I accept that we have a murderous government setting the agenda to reenergise this virus so long as they cut furlough and get profits up for their mates, but that's no excuse to comply with their madness. We know this lot have openly lied and been cavalier with people's lives. So why take their word for anything that it's safer to socially congregate now? Just for a pint and meal or to get new trainers or a haircut? That's just not on as far as Im concerned. There's no excuse for it. Not after what's happened. Not after this government...the one assuring us now it's safer....has made this country the epicentre of European Covid19.

People have short memories. I ask you to think back two months to the utter devestation and tell me you think it's worth risking going back to that level of fatalities.

Before the election it was all poverty and austerity was killing thousands, and now it's like poverty is no biggie. Very confusing.
Poverty takes years to kill. It's a lifestyle of decades that kills. This virus, might I remind you, doesn't need years, it requires days or weeks to kill people.

But you continue with your fatuous nonsense.

Confusing times indeed. You know when they go so far left that they hit the right again. I like freedom, I've never known any politician right or left or centre who I could follow. What I have experienced is that most people want to get life back on the go cos they are either going skint or mad.

...but you've told us you want the opposite: euthanasia to kill of anyone you deem to be a drag on the recovery.

You have no hand to play here. NONE.

I believe in freedom...look at all the people who died without saying goodbye to their loved ones cos of lockdown rules. They wouldve forsaken a few weeks suffering for a final hug. To say otherwise is to deprive people of basic humanity and dignity.

So naturally I don’t agree with everything you write and my opinion matters not a jot but it’s certainly easier to work my way through that than a socialist dismissing people as scum or scallies.

a lot of what you say isn’t unreasonable but disagreeing with some of it isn’t unreasonable either .
