Well my mate who I've worked with for the last 15 years, he's black, had heart issue, diabetes and a bit overweight and in his 60's, came back to work today after his shielding.

He did the reduced 4 hour shift, got home and then emailed in his retirement.
Can't be doing with it.
( that's 5 now at work who have just jibbed it off ).

Can't say I blame him one bit.

”If we’d surrendered earlier the Americans would not have dropped an Atomic bomb on us”.....If only Ferguson had Japanese relatives.....The man is a busted flush, his modelling has been shown to be crap and he is now trying to show himself as having a relevant input while hacking off those that are still in their jobs......the man is a waste of scientific space.....
Oh Pete.

NEW DELHI — India’s capital city is facing an “unprecedented challenge” with coronavirus cases set to soar above 500,000 by the end of next month, said Arvind Kejriwal, Delhi’s top elected politician.
The virus “will spread very fast in the coming days,” said Kejriwal, the chief minister, at a news conference Wednesday. He called on Delhiites to “keep themselves safe” by wearing masks, washing hands and practicing social distancing.
Even as the pandemic appears to be abating in Europe and some parts of Asia, it is worsening in India. Faced with economic devastation, the country has withdrawn some of the restrictions that made up the world’s largest lockdown. Cases have surged: Three weeks ago, the country had 100,000 cases. Now it has more than 275,000.
Delhi’s broader metropolitan area is home to 29 million people. It is the second-hardest-hit city in the country after Mumbai, the financial capital. Until now, Delhi has recorded about 31,000 cases and 900 deaths.
Hospitals are already straining to cope. Kejriwal said that beds for covid-19 patients in the city’s private hospitals — the first choice for patients able to pay — are nearly full but that there is still space in government-run facilities.
The city has roughly 9,000 beds for covid-19 patients at present. But it will need 80,000 by the end of July, Kejriwal said, adding that the city will work to convert stadiums, banquet halls and hotels into medical facilities.

Impressive
The Irish Prison Service has submitted a paper to the World Health Organization as a model of best practice for keeping Covid-19 out of prisons.

Currently there are 3,705 prisoners nationwide and no detainee that has been screened and tested has had a positive Covid-19 result.
