That's wholly misleading anchor text. The article itself explains that relatively few of the deaths involved people working in critical care settings, which is a fact. It's also a fact that hospitals struggled to get appropriate PPE. We can argue whether they should have been able to get it or not, but the fact is, they didn't get it.

So you have a scenario whereby you don't have enough for all staff, and your basic argument seems to be to not give it to those in critical care wards, and give it to other staff in non-critical units, purely because of their ethnicity? Behave yourself.
