Durham police are in the forefront of protecting Cummings and Johnson. Scandalous, but not surprised one bit as they pull up the drawbridge and rally around to protect the establishment, as police forces have on too many numerous occasions. .

A very carefully worded statement that cannot but be read as him breaching the conditions.
Obviously they’ve ignored it again.
One thing it doesn’t say is that they’ve checked to see whether there were any other breaches / ANPR hits for his car (which there may be even with Cummings account).
Should do yes. Will do? I’m not sure.
And it’s the PM, his cabinet and Cummings who are at fault if huge swathes of the public stop following the advice. Their behaviour and handling of the situation has been atrocious. It has given people an open door to legitimately rebel.
