You're having a worse day than Cummings in here mate.
But it doesn’t matter what the outcome is. It’s the debate.Well if he's a good dad, then he's a poor son.
Sorry mate, just been out for a walk, has something happened......
At the very least the government need to clarify what parents can/cannot do with their kids if they start to feel ill with symptoms. Given the 30% false negatives even if you take a PCR test it isn’t a certainty that you don’t have it.
There are going to be lots of single parents who are struggling with what to do with their kids - is it safe/OK to hand them off to the ex or the parents?
The child would more than likely have the virus too in that scenario.
Stop digging.
Actually, there could be something a bit more sinister happening here - the full @davek theory.
Mary Wakefield's story about Cummings and C-19 is that he said "I feel bad" and essentially collapsed into bed straightaway. Reasonable - the illness is vicious.
But even C-19 suffers - not the asymptomatic ones - would find a drive of London to Durham almost an impossible physical ask, and let's be honest, incredibly dangerous with a child in the back. Both parents were unwell (as per Wakefield) - what if they swerved? What if they got halfway and couldn't physically drive any longer?
Or - and to return to the @davek theory - what if Dominic The Great Lad wasnt actually sick at any point, and was driving up for his Mum's birthday (also April, btw)?
An emergency law has just been rushed through :
It’s now okay to kill your patents as long as you only infect them with a deadly virus lol

Agree it was but certainly not now - there are going to be many that now will feel that they can drop off kids with friends/family.It doesn’t need clarification. The advice was crystal clear and was understood and correctly followed by literally tens of millions of people.
He, for whatever reason, ignored it. That they are still defending him is incredible.
If it were true that he wasn't sick, which I'm not saying is the case, I suspect it would be more to do with finding a bolt hole whereas others were getting it.Or - and to return to the @davek theory - what if Dominic The Great Lad wasnt actually sick at any point, and was driving up for his Mum's birthday (also April, btw)?
Do we still get the deeds to the house ? Asking for a friend. An emergency law has just been rushed through :

The AG everyone...
Protecting family is now an acceptable reason to disregard all Coronavirus legislation.
Looks like they've all decided to make this their hill to die on.
