E C J
I think you're missing the wider point here, I'll give you the benefit of the doubt and say you're doing it deliberately so as to not expose your hypocrisy.I have little time for the ECJ, its just another Foreign Court......
It's a horrible position to be put in,got to feel for anyone put in that position to make that decision.I think they did as well as the British Medical Associating. Personally, I agree with their concerns entirely because I wouldn't be happy working without PPE.
It's also a very serious failing of both the government and the logistics that it hasn't been sorted earlier regardless of the difficulties involved in obtaining it.
However, I can't help have slight issues (well... worries) with what she was subtly advocating in her position: to refuse to work would be refuse to treat patients.
Really, I do not know the answer to it and it's a very difficult situation for everyone involved, with heart felt sympathy, but I can't help but feel that duty is duty.
Individual people need to make that decision themselves rather than a person from a political party almost suggesting to not work - or that's how I took it.

You introduced the ICJ. I didn't even mention it.What wider point. The ECJ rules on European Treaties and the Operation of the EU within the EU membership. The ICJ is the United Nations Court and deals with Inter Country issues.....
I’m sure some meals they can easily reheat will be most welcome. Thanks for them ll, I was also thinking of doing them some meals that would be easy for them to reheat, good idea or unnecessary risk ?
I don't think I have it but I've heard the mantra 'act as though you do' more than once, which I pretty much have been, besides going the shops which has to be done.
You introduced the ICJ. I didn't even mention it.
My point was (and it really shouldn't need explaining) given how much you bleated on about sovereignty throughout Brexit discussions, what amount of sovereignty do you think would be needed to be given away to allow a non national court to arbitrate over damages of $1t as a result of a pandemic?
Swing and a miss again here Pete.None. You go to the ICJ and no sovereignty passes hands......
