Flight from Bariloche got put back a few hours from this morning so im trying to watch on my phone waiting to check in a suitcase in the airport.

The shouts from the bar or whatever in departures announced the goals a good minute or two before i saw them. Both sides getting huge roars.

Really picked up from 1-1. Ding dong battle.

I second Bariloche. And conveniently they are all pretty much right in a line on one street over maybe 3 or 4 blocks, not to mention Alto El Fuego (STELLAR steak) and another smaller brewery on the hill overlooking the street with all brew pubs.

Rooting for River Plate in this... despise Boca after the pepper spray incident. Their fans were classy when we ran into some after they eliminated Guarani in Asuncion in the Semis a couple years ago. (After tiny little Guarani overcame a certain other Argentine side... )

Cheers for the Alto del fuego recommendation. Best steak ive had here so far and a generally great spot.

That will change from next year, final will be one game in Chile.

The problem is that in America distances between different cities are very long, it is not like in Europe. In addition, we must bear in mind that the economic situation of the American countries is not the best, that's why it's very difficult for fans to travel

I thought River were easily the superior technical outfit in the first leg. I defo wouldn't write Boca off though.

How come you dont support Boca ? Were you not raised in that area ? Is the support split in geographical areas in buenos aires or similar to liverpool where all areas are split.
