Right. They always at least had a few...Marquez, Vela, Chicharito. Now it's....Herrera and Lozano? Alvarez? There's not anyone at the top that they can point to as a real difference maker.

Venezuela beating Mexico is quite something. I'd ALWAYS back the South American countries in almost any match against the North Americans, but Venezuela or Bolivia bringing off wins such as this surprises me somewhat. They're the poor relations.

Mexico are the Turkey of western hemipshere football. Lots of talent, huge egos, little genuine achievement.
