if she died straight away, ie traumatic exanguination of the heart, major head trauma, catastrophic aortic rupture, all of which are very common causes of death in crashes, you are very quickly dead, dead people dont bleed as the heart has stopped and doesn't pump it about. There may be a modest amount of seepage but only if the skin is broken, not necessarily the case with those injuries listed.
