No I wasn't there.

I turned on the TV at home to get a quick glance of the markets before I headed into work. They had the TV cameras trained on the first tower as it was burning and were discussing what had happened.

Just then, the United Airlines 175 came into view and flew straight into the 2nd tower. Everyone saw it happen. Newscasters, people on the street, people watching the TV.

ah, sorry..

'with my own eyes' i always use in the context as being there.

i was in an office in manchester when my coworker pulled up the story on the bbc web page.. no one else could get online as the net crashed so we all stood round his computer... horrible day, that was.

You may want to steer clear of this topic as it has no business being listed under a "conspiracy theory" thread. None at all.

Any theory regarding 9/11 shouldn't be about whether planes actually hit or not, the events of what actually happened are fact.

Its more who was to blame and who knew about the attacks before hand which is where the conspiracy theories come in.

Whether you believe them or not is irrelevant, as is how ridiculous they may be. A theory is exactly that surely, so if someone wants to suggest it was all a plot by the US government to start a war then it belongs in a thread like this.

Probably the best place for it if you do think its a load of bollocks i'd of thought rather than a serious thread.

They were locked up at the Royal Earlswood hospital in Reigate, just 10 miles from my home. Had a mate who worked there, remember him telling me about the occasional visits from government officials to check on the Queen Mother’s nieces (never a visit from a member of the royal family)
They were there for more than 40 years. The palace always declared they were dead

I personally don't think 9/11 was a conspiracy, but there is definatly something we haven't been told.

Just read and found out about the 'Paul is dead' conspiracy, haha. For those who haven't heard of this one, apparently Paul McCartney died in 66' and they employed a lookilike and soundalike and then, would you belive left clues in future album cover and songs. Now that is a loada rubbish

They should all be locked up - Harry and his Nazi regalia; Philip insulting 'the darkies'; Charles talking to plants; Anne for playing the front end of a pantomime horse for 60 years; the old racist and gin sodden Queen mum. I've only got respect for the Queen...Gawd bless yer, Yer Majesty. :unsure:

A majority of the UK saw it with their own eyes via TV coverage. Of course you are correct in saying you have to e careful over what you say but then again, all should be allowed of free speech.
