Maybe it is the right decision, not sure but he has the kind of attitude and mentality that we definitely need more of in our squad.
I am slightly disappointed with this news and is more about our finances I reckon.

I'm shocked that we've not signed Coady (particularly given his price) but I'm optimistic that it might signal a more progressive approach from Dyche/Thelwell.

It would be refreshing if we left behind the days of filling the squad with expensive, ageing players and went for youth and potential.

That said I appreciate the contribution Coady made in his time with the club.
