Maybe they have people on their boards who understand that he isn't exactly competing on a level playing field.

He has accumulated more points than Liverpool in the last 3.5 seasons on a third of a billion less spend. Clubs look at that and see he is doing something right.

he's had a better squad than liverpool over the last 2 seasons tbh. just because they spunked £200m up the wall and we bought better players for bargains, doesn't mean it's a massive success. even if he had loads of money to spend, i'm not overly confident he has the nous to win trophies

I hope someone at Everton gets round to printing Moyes' new contract soon. We don't want another Gosling situation.

Comparing our goals scored with Wigan. Fantastic way to judge a managers ability. You know because both squad are matched in ability.

And we are back to the logical fallacy of wanting rid of a manager who has put together a great squad.

This makes no sense.

You are saying even though he has put a squad together that you believe to be better than Liverpool's, he should go as he lacks "nous"

I'd venture the "nous" might appear if he had an extra £100m a season to spend per year.

I'd take Holloway.
We will score one more than you would be great to watch, especially having a right good go at ot and greyskull, his interviews always raise a bemused smile too

Moyes doesn't lack nous, he does however lack the killer instinct.......

Would be nice to know what he's going to do as it would give us a chance to start putting our feelers out if need be. I personally would like him to stay but i wouldn't lose any sleep over it if he goes. Would be interesting to see if he was sucessfull if he went to a club with more money. Not sure who i would like as his replacement though if he moves on. Laudrup maybe? but that would be a bit of a risk as he's unproven and quite new to the prem. Hope Moyes stays anyway.

Moyes and Holloway have managed almost the exact same amount of games.

Moyes has a win ratio of 44%, Holloway 37%

If you want about 10 points less a season than Holloway is your man.
