What a way to make a statement.Not only have we signed a keeper who can be our number for the next decade.But we also have made him the most expensive keeper in Britain in the process.The last time we made a statement signing like this was back in 1988 when we made Tony Cottee Britains first 2 million pound player.The deal is done and dusted well before the start of the transfer window!Now if we get the Klaassen deal over the line then i'll be delighted.Big money signings, new stadium and we have 5 world cup winners in the squad.This is a great time to be an Evertonian.
