Might try my first game today. Is there a practice tool/Player vs AI version or do you have to go straight into it with other people? @orly

Straight in. Play a few games but you need to read up about it or you'll get very frustrated playing it

I'm having a lot of fun with Mario Maker 2.

It's a strange one because I've been creating my own, quite tricky levels and I have to complete them before they're allowed to be uploaded online. I've spent hours trying to clear my own creations so I've basically been torturing myself.

Won my first race on GT Sport online at the weekend at Suzuka. Such a brutal track that, one misplaced wheel and it’s race over. I’d been chasing the leader for 3 laps and had accepted defeat until they spun out on the second part of the chicane on the last corner before the home straight. I felt a bit for him/her but absolutely pissed myself too.

Watching the replays of other people’s misfortune is underrated.

I’ve read it’s the best F1 game ever...

...but nowhere near worth the £50 to pay for it as it’s just not much of a difference to 2018 which was also ace.

Yeah probably so. No new tracks in 2019 so I'm not that keen on it. 2018 was ace indeed and I'd probably boot it up to continue with developing my car and so on.

Still playing Crusader Kings 2. Might start a new game, rename the character Duke Kenwright and build an Everton themed dynasty.

What'll happen though is I spend years seeing my plots fail, having no money, not building anything and bringing sticks to swordfights all while surrounding myself with useless courtiers. Then I'll get vassalized by some Persian King.

Haha, love CK2, need to start a new game at some point myself, and actually play it through!

I actually set up an 'Everton' dynasty a while ago. Dunno how well it would work now though with all the DLC/updates.

It’s not my sort of game but weirdly I went to a PR promo/launch event in London when it came out thanks to a mate’s wife who works in PR. For what it was it was good fun and looked well made but I only played it briefly.
