Computer games.

Gone back to destiny 2 for a FPS experience. Had the base game , stopped at the grind and now have the dlc pack to keep going.

What tempted me was playing Warframe. Great free game but got quickly tired of being put into parties and not being able to play the game properly.

Anyone else played the forsaken dlc?
Forsaken was the absolute best thing to happen to the game. Breathed new life into it.

Fallout 4, Alien: Isolation, Just Cause 4, Deus Ex: Mankind Divided, both remastered Batman Arkham games, Shadow of the Tomb Raider and Crackdown 3 all added to Xbox Games Pass in the past week or so.
I tried crackdown 3..... It's a bit crap. Looks like an Xbox 360 game. In fact it seems like it plays worse than the original crackdown. It might get better, but whoever was responsible for the opening level should be sent back to game design school.

Steam controller only actually matters if your like me, a couch playing PC guy. For that...and that purpose alone, it has opened up so many games in the simulation genre that otherwise I would have had to have a huge tray on me lap to manage a mouse n Keyboard on it.
Give it a go for everything except Fps and you will be impressed.
Well, I'm edging closer to yet another gaming purchase! Like you, I'm a couch player when it comes to PC games, and I've synced my Xbox One controller to my PC which is great for FPS, but the Steam controller does look like it would give me far more options. So, it seems a good shout for just another £12 in addition to Sekiro.

Well I would defo invest then, you cant go wrong mate..it opens so many options for the couch PC gamer and it's a no brainer for that price. Sekiro though...kinell, you like a challenge then ? :D I bought dark souls III and couldn't get past the first boss..THE VERY FIRST !! Since been deleted, it was that or my xbox one pad being thrown through the TV.

It does improve Dylan, I was a massive fan of the original game ...but again im also in the huge minority that really enjoys cd3 for what it is, the reviews I thought were really harsh and the reviewers were seemingly expecting a gtav clone. the first part of the game can indeed be a buzz kill but just go with it, once it opens up with the orb collecting it has the same draw as the original.

I played the heck out of the original game.

I have not read a single review of CD3 nor was I expecting it to be a GTA clone.

I was a big fan of the original, played it from start to end and quite a bit of multiplayer as well. But for me, it just felt like there should be more to it. Hey ho though, I lost nothing as it was a free play on gamepass!

What is the best bet for buying not-new games on the xbox one? I've normally just downloaded them from the MS store, but DSIII (for example) is £70? Witcher 2 is £25 and that's quite an old title. Seems a bit steep like. Is it better to buy a physical disk, which seems miles cheaper? Just wondering if you install the game off the disk onto the console, or if you have to put the disk in every time you want to play it?

usually downloaded games are more expensive. I think you need the disc to play the game but for quite a few of them they automatic download onto the hard drive to decrease loading times.

Never download a game for Xbox, they keep their prices high well after the price drops in shops and you don't get any resale value, at least with a physical copy you can trade it in on your next game when finished with it.

Go to a local CeX or similar if you want the game today, you can check online and see if it's in stock at your local branch, otherwise get one off Ebay 2nd hand.

You only buy downloaded games during flash sales (I have a PS4 dunno if X-bone has them) or if its download only like say Banner Saga Trilogy or Night in the woods.
