How'd you get the refund? I'll take another tenner back from them for Empire Total War which I bought last week.
I haven't played it for a while and I keep wanting to play it but stuff gets in the way.
My plan was to finish it in January but unfortunately lucked into work experience.

I have gone mad in the sales, now picked up Battlefield 1, which was very impressive I have to say and need for speed off origin added to all the ones I got last week, and the fact I'm playing Elite more means I shall be kept busy for a while.

My xbox controller isn't turning on. Plug it into a charger and it doesn't seem to charge or at least can't turn on that way. Same as plugging it into the console.
The cause of it in short is kids. No idea when or how but kids somehow combined into it not working.
I had it come on when plugged into the console for a whole but both triggers seemed to permanently lock in and press at the same time and didn't let me press anything else. Or at least the left one did and the rest of the buttons locked out.
Plus when it turned on it wasn't letting my other controller work. Kept telling me the broken one was trying to connect or at least in essence was kicking player one rights off it without it being pressed.
So yeah, any ideas? Is it done for or can it be salvaged in some way? Google seemed to give me answers which doesn't relate to my issue.

If it's still under guarantee, go and change it.
If not I suppose you could disassemble it and look for stuck triggers and such and if present correct the problem. This normally isn't too hard, but with your DIY experiences I wouldn't recommend this course of action. It would be safer and cheaper in the long run to just buy a new one.

Been playing Darkest Dungeon for quite a bit now. Superb game. Though it's not for you if you want the game to hold your hand and walk you through it.
