Computer games.

I think @Mikey_Fitzgerald might think the Konami people could give him a run for his money.

Yeah, I'd say so

I think Murray is more like a Peter Molyneaux, in that he gets over excited and promises things with the intention of providing them but ultimately falls short in the end

Konami are much worse. At least you get the impression Murray is actually passionate about the medium in some form or another. Konami just want to drain cash from customers while milking all their popular franchises in the most openly brazen and disgusting way possible

Can you say......PAAAAAAACHIIIIIINNNNNNKKKKKOOOOOOO!!!!

That is pretty shady if you ask me. If you have played for 50 hours, you should, under no circumstance, be entitled to a refund. You could easily figure out in 10 hours if you liked it or not. 50 hours is taking the michael.

He was able to show screen shots of his game crashing every 25 mind for first 30 then progressively worse like crashing every 15 at the 50 hour mark.

Also the nature of the game and what was promised in it its easy to see why it could take so many hours to find out your not getting what was marketed. I dono if it was the crashing that got progressively worse or the false advertising or both but he got the refund.

Picked up Dying light: the following, with all the add ons for a good price on the xbone. Any thoughts?

Can't play it due to the upstairs TV and my console being packed away while we decorate. :(

Has anyone got/played ARK Survival? Been tempted by it today but it's 20 odd quid and I need that for hookers.
It gets boring fast, imo. Almost unplayable on most PCs, runs surprisingly ok on Xbox.

Gather endlessly and craft, if you can even get onto a server that is. Sit by a dinosaur taming it with berries for 6 hours and the dino is yours, until it dies... Which can happen easily whilst you are offline.

Or, play without the griefing by hosting your own tether server to play with like 6 others max or something, but even then you are rubber banded and can only move X amount of distance from one another. At least in this mode you can turn the gather rates up to max, making it semi possible to build a decent base.

I smashed the hours out on it at first, but I will never play it again.

Watch angry joe's review on YouTube. Pretty much nails why it's an abysmal game in comparison to what was advertised.

Going to get a game called No man's sky today. I hear it has thousands of planets. That's insane. Multi player and factions and bounties and stuff. Saved up to get it. I'm made up.
There is no multiplayer m8 unfortunately. In fact there isn't much at all. Even when you get to the centre of the universe it's just one big troll of a game.

Massive shame.

Swerve then? Have you played The Isle? I just want something daft to piss about on that's dinosaur based.
