Not really, the 360 and PS3 are 7 years old. The problem with the Wii U is the development side, rather than the specs.

Its more 3rd party development they struggle with, their first party games have and always will be good.

The handheld market is doomed though. The iPhone is the biggest portable gaming device in the world now.

I predict Hitman will be reasonably fun, but ultimately somewhat repetitive and unsatisfying.

Games have gone stale in general for me. Too much money involved, no great leaps technologically and a severe stifling of creativity as a result.

Maybe, but I personally think there is room enough for both in the market, still not convinced by a "hardcore" gaming experience from the iphone

So purchased Hitman yesterday.

Only had a very short go on it last night but can tell it's amazing already. Just the little things. Attention to detail and the fact you have to think so far ahead before you do anything make it awesome.

Best thing though, traded in 3 games and got it for free. Happy days.
