is it too much shooting goons? I was hoping they'd return to the free-form exploration and abstract puzzles of the first and third games on the PS1.

It's like a proper RPG like I was playing out of a book or playing D&D with other geeks

Strider for the PS3 is a pretty damn good adaptation.

Currently playing Xenogears again and FF13.

If you haven't played Xenogears then you should really be downloading it on PSN. Or hell the story is good enough to watch the walkthrough on youtube.

You can't get it in Europe, irritatingly... It's pretty much number one on my "games I've never played but have to at some point" list.

Not happy about this. The reboot was absolute quality, apart from the fact it was too short.

Hopefully it just means Xbox has it first and PS4 will get it at a later date.

Dynasty Warriors 7 has some serious length to it. The campaigns last a long time and have a good difficulty curve

It's so camp and preposterous as well. A real good laugh

Still can't quite get my head around why someone would buy an Xbox One. And I'm a guy who owns neither PS4 or XB1, but if I was going to buy one it'd be the PS4 all day long for around 50 different and valid reasons.
