Just downloaded the original rainbow 6 Vegas 1 and 2.

Still boss games. Controls are as good as some recent games.

I found the original insanely hard, despite completing several FromSoft games and generally playing games on hard mode. Not sure why I hit such a brick wall with it.

Silksong is even harder IMO. It’s a good challenge though and really enjoying the movement/platforming and bosses. Normal enemies move quite erratically though and some deal 2 damage despite them being tiny which is doing my head in. Genuinely died to normal enemies more than the bosses.

Having a lot of fun with Ghost of Yotei. So far not a great deal different to Tsushima but the combat has been beefed up and bit which is good. Only a few hours in as well so that should get even better as you unlock more abilities/weapons etc.

Definitely worth checking out if you liked the first one.

Been playing the new Skate game, if you ignore all the dumb stuff and challenges and just use it as a skateboard sim its actually pretty good.



Nearly everything else besides the core mechanics sucks though

I’d love to see a return of the Splinter Cell series, but I have zero confidence that Ubisoft won’t just turn it into an open world, multiplayer, looter-shooter live service catastrophe.
