Computer games.

@Cork Evertonian got the GTAV update, been using the Fidelity setting and it’s looking great!
The only reason i'm using a Series S, is because i got sick of waiting for a Series X to become available. It's still a next gen console though, and i'll just have to make do with it for now.

Both the Xbox Series X and the PS5 are very hard to get unfortunately. For whatever reason there's still supply issues with those consoles.

Yeah they seem a nightmare to get, they are randomly available on Amazon though I’ve noticed. I’ve only got one as a family member offered me the money for one- I got lucky checking Curry’s Business website the day they came out to get one before work

If you are on your computer/laptop for most of the day then get on stockinformer. It will tell you when new stock is in on a lot of the main places. You can also set up email notifications. That’s how I got my Xbox Series X.

I'm 25 hours in and haven't even attempted the first boss at the castle. Having fun exploring and hating having a job. Absolutely love this game.

Me too....and there are some great weapons to find in that first area - ones that will take you all the way through the game I think.

The first area alone (3 x map markers?) is as big as Skyrim - not as much to do, but as big. Anyone find that underground world yet? Sheesh!

Amazing game.

Whats this underground world?

Whats this underground world?
You'll find it.

One tip, though, that isn't too spoiler-ish - there's an underground level to the capital that I thought was one of the best in the game. But if you miss it and progress the game beyond a certain point you can't play it on that NG, because the capital changes.
So worth a good look aorund when you get to Leyndell, which is a great level to explore anyhow.

I have befriended a petrol engineer from Jordan on it and he keeps showering me in swords, talismans and garbs.

Literally put it on for a bit after work. Hardly done anything and now its time for bed. Game is making me despise work.. and therefore life.

only games I'm looking forward to is the Dead Space remake, the Division developers making a Star Wars title and maybe what the Hitman people do with the Bond licence. None of them I'd be willing to spend £70 on the first day. I might've bought Horizon or Gran Turimso at a reduced price by the time they come out.

Gran Turismo 7 is great. I know what you’re saying re the price but I can easily see myself putting at least 100 hours into it over time. Obviously it depends on how much time you have to play something but I’m ok with about 70p an hour
