Thinking of taking the plunge and pre-ordering Cyberpunk 2077 for PS4. It DOES look smart... I'm currently playing Rise of the Tomb Raider and it's great fun. Since having a child and generally life being dominated by other matters, it takes me months and months to finish any game these days, especially an open-world one! I wish they'd make a sequel to Alien Isolation, completed that and thought it was absolute genius. Apart from the cliffhanger ending, like.

Alien Isolation intrigues me. I love survival games and have heard very good things. It’s currently £5.99 on the PS Store. Tempted but I’ve got too many games I haven’t played as it is.

whatever you say but I have a gaming laptop and a PS5 is no where near as good as it for graphics, even mid range gaming rigs have better performance than a PS5 so I would just stick with a cheap PS4 unless and get a PS5 next year when things calm down a bit and the prices are lower AND they have actually a stock of games but crack on and pay £1000 for one, or a empty box - depending on how lucky you get

Firstly, I paid retail price from Very; 449. GTF with assuming I overpaid.

We've had this discussion before about performance vs gaming PC. Its irrelevant.
Can I play the Demon's Souls Remake on PS4 or PC? The answer is no.
Will there be more games down the line I can only play on PS5? Yes.
In the mean time, I can play the 'PS4 Collection' games or many of the games which have received upgrades like Nioh 2.
Therefore I got a PS5 and I'm very happy with my decision.

Its not a difficult concept to comprehend.

Well I've beaten the first two bosses without a single death, but I've played all the Souls/Bloodborne/Sekiro games so quite used to it.
But yea don't get Demon's Souls if you don't want a challenge.

I got it cheap with the dlc on PS4, couldn't put it down, boss game, it truly honours the film and the atmosphere, tension and gameplay is just incredible. Buy it. BUY IT NOOOOOWWWW

Bluepoint redone shadow of the colossus was a good reskin aswell. I’ll be getting that when I get a ps5 but a reskin ps3 game isn’t enough to make me give kevin the scalper down the road a blow job for one of his many ps5’s.

What's the verdict with DeS Zezti? Huge Dark Souls 1-3 fan but not sure how I feel about a 'faithful remake' - was hoping they would build on all of the good pvp stuff from the other games (and lose the bad stuff!).

I'll be getting it in any case like, just interested to hear what people think. Can you play PS4 Bloodborne on PS5 - I assume you can?

I never played the original so I can't comment on what's different/the same, but I really like it exactly how it is now. Not done any PvP yet. 3 bosses in no deaths though.
And yeah you can play Bloodborne on it. In fact its included in the 'PS4 Collection' you get for free if you have a PS Plus subscription. Haven't tried it out yet.
