Nah....3600X has a higher base clock, but the same boost. And the 3600 has the same base clock, but a lower boost.


I had a 2500k back in the day! When I bought this here current system, I really goosed up on the motherboard and went cheap without really thinking about it, so I have this 6600k, well known for its overclocking prowess plugged into a motherboard that doesn't allow overclocking because the VRM's are basically super thin pieces of wire :/ Oh, and basically no PCI-E lanes either....so this here 1060 GTX is being bottlenecked royally as well.

Needless to say, when I order my 3600/3700X (but probably 3600) tomorrow, I am in for a mega increase in performance when I put it together this weekend!!!!!

It was a half finished game. Kojima wanted another year and was suffered multiple interferences. Was held back on budget. Then he told Konami he won't be renewing a contract so they really messed around they stripped anyone from junior employees to big-name producers from their normal roles and making them perform jobs like working in a slot-machine factory, working as a security guard, and wiping down fitness equipment. Also, employees who were late in returning from their short lunch breaks would be publicly shamed across the company working on the game. Told Kojima he wasn't aloud touch on certain controversial issues in the game and so on.

It's just amazing that it was an actual working game after that is some accomplishment.

And I agree though it was over rated to bits. But still.

That makes a lot of sense actually. I felt the game started really well and just kinda fell apart.

Yeah people love to give criticism because they're sick of Kojima getting god-like praise. So mgs5 was imperfect and people go on about it without realising what happened.

Let’s be honest Kojima started taking absolute liberties with other people’s money and the story he came up with, especially when there were so many interesting things he could of done was just ehhhh, there were so many gratuitous callbacks that it just seemed a waste, binning Hayter for Sutherland was just throwing good money after bad, same with the inclusion of the music tapes. Don’t forget ground zeroes got pushed forward because Konami could support what he was doing without seeing a return.

Started playing through it again and it’s okay. The series peaked at 3 though.
