Just a blatant bit of nostalgia back to those years of being huddled in groups in the playground blurting out "Got, got, got, NEED!" And giggling at the unpronouncable names and silly haircuts.

And I never knew anyone that got every sticker.

Depends how much they're charging these days. I'm sure I used to pay 10 or 20p a pack of stickers. Probably £2 a pack now.

As long as you know a few people to do swapsies with, you'll be alright.

By the way, Ancelotti and Mancini both in the Italy squad at Italia 90. More of the italians at that tournament have managed in the premier league than the england squad. Bit weird.

Brings back a lot of memories, forever asking my mam for money so that i could finish the album, ( never once did though)
5p a pack i think they were back then, early 70's, exactly the money you got back for taking an empty bottle of 'Corona' back to the shops.

Happy Days.

ahh what memories - although in 1990 I was a bit old for footy stickers - Espana 82 and Mexico 86 albums were my heyday

Didn't Billy bragg sing - nostalgia is the opium of our age ............ how true.

anyone remember the card ones ? with the piece of chewy that was like a plank of laminate flooring, used to play skimming with 'em, closest to the wall wins.

I remember having some footy top trumps, from around '82 I think but may have been euro's in italy '80.
