The mood on the Man U forums is generally euphoric and there is renewed belief that they will be able to offer transfer targets CL football next year (by virtue of them winning this year's).

They are deluding themselves if they think they're winning the CL.

Martinez' press conference for the Swansea game is Thursday morning. I'll be shocked if a journo doesn't ask him about the Coleman 'story'. I'm pretty sure Martinez will completely dismiss it.

Hope that Sagna signs a contract with Arsenal soon, Coleman would be a great replacement for him.
The Coleman to Arsenal story has been percolating for a few months now and is predicated on Sagna going back to France (which I think at last report he still was). Coleman to Arsenal has more legs than to Man U but I suspect neither will occur.

After the season he has had you can slap a £25m price tag on him and that will scare them off. As long as we don't need to sell to buy he will be here next season.

Silly question with the con men running out club but since the summer we've bagged £40m from player sales, £20m+ from the new TV deal, gates are up, and we're on for another £10m+ prize money for our league position.

Do we need to sell to buy anymore? Or even sell to survive?

Almost certainly yes mate.

Why, I have no idea.

Even if the money was reasonable, Coleman is the most down to earth guy to play for us, I wouldn't be surprised in the slightest if he was to stay with us his entire career.

The Daily Mirror is and always has been, just a discounted version of the Manchester United matchday programme. And as such I treat everything it publishes as ready for the bin.
