Doubt it. ITV just do England games these days. Cant be sure, but they lost their CL deal to BT; certainly cant remember watching a CL match for a few years anyrate.

He was great on Radio City but then I found he annoyed me on TV. Became all over the top 'this is a bit tasty' type.

I’m pretty sure he was with Radio City when we won the league in 84/5. I remember him doing the Spurs game away when we won 2-1. A massive win for us. He was very emotional.

Thats not why he did it. He did it to make it clear he was given the boot, as he knew it was being announced as him "stepping down" today. Which the earlier sports bulletins actually said.

By 1.00pm they were saying he had been replaced and he was very annoyed at the way the decision was taken/announced.

Many moons ago White used to be the face of an MOTD type show called Scotsport on ITV up north, i remember it from growing up, then when Sky started he went there fairly early on.
