It's conceivable. He'd have a fairly large microscope placed over his dealings with Everton though...and I get the impression this ref is quietly trying to rehabilitate himself and wouldn't fancy revisiting that issue.

At the very least I expect an even playing field, which will be enough for us anyway.

Not giving the penno for Lescott being hauled down at the end is bad enough, but the Hibbert red card was outrageous. Nothing, and no amount of crowd snarling is gonna change that.
