The thing with the Johnson era was we didnt have social media, so there wasnt as much scrutiny amongst the fan base, we had a few fanzines like WSAG but that was it, so those days didnt get documented as well, also we have a lot of fans now that are too young to know about it. Debate was on radio phone in like Alan Jacksons show on Merseyside and around the ground, also those email groups like Usenet.
He also gets a pass because of the cup, which is wrong, 7 years before he bought us we were champions, we went from that to final day of the season relegations fights twice including one on his watch

The bs spin the board and club has put back on the fans with the dbb headlock and board not being safe really has backfired.

They’ve bitten the hand that feeds them.

They shouldn’t come back to goodison ever again. Disgraceful move which has fractured the relationship completely.
