Me and Mrs k had a real Xmas tree for years, until last year we decided to buy a fake tree or whatever you call it. Anyhow, she got searching and ordered one from some company but when it arrived she didn’t like it, phoned the company to come pick it up but they never arrived (did refund us though), then she bought one off a site called Balsam Hill, 6ft tall and wide as Goat, these trees are supposed to be the bollox. Anyway tree came, loved it, next day another tree came but checked my bank and only been charged for one. So now we had 3 trees for the price of one. Gave one to my daughter and now have one to sell… internet shopping is great

Had a similar experience with them, but with desks for the kids. Ordered 3, 2 arrived slightly damaged, got two more off them, but they didn't want the originals back. Wound up with 5 of them and gave the 2 slightly dinged ones away.

Have the Christmas tree from them too, except it is a bigger one (vaulted ceilings in that room meant a 10 ft tree is comfortably sized.

The wife is pleased with it, although when I took it out earlier today, did discover the first damage on it after 6 7 years. Won't last forever, iow.
