Atsu is a Ghanaian name meaning "younger twin." That is all, fact fans.

Atsu has apparently been voted player of the year at both his previous loan spells so that bodes well.

Only disappointment for me is lack of any mention of an agreed buy clause.

We all obviously hope he rips the premier league up this season, but if he does that, he'll be very expensive to buy next summer and that's if Chelsea even want to sell.

Martinez stated yesterday that the cash from Fellaini Jelavic and Vic was "stockpiled" for this summers transfers, so with nobody sold this summer, I hope there's good money to spend again next summer.

But that's for another day cross that bridge when we get to it.
