It is the players who are shocking and we like to make the manager the scapegoat?

So why sack martinez? The players aren't shocking. They are probably 6-8 best squad in the league. The manager has to take a fair proportion of the blame here and for our previous abject performances. It's how we are set up that's causing us to be so ineffectual. We'll do well to achieve martinez last two league positions playing this way.
