Yep which is why it's normal to see players who come back from long term injuries eased back in with bit part appearances until they are fully up to speed. We've threw him straight back in and he's way off the pace.

I'm not going to pretend that this hasn't been a terrible performance from pretty much every player, and it would be just to question aspects of the team selection.

Nevertheless, let's not all swing to rash conclusions based on what's been a bad day at the office because we're (in my humble opinion) improving under Carlo.

There are going to be bad days like this, but we've got to learn to take the rough with the smooth.
