Our position is exaggerated because there is only one pint for a draw.

We've had 11 draws. But - without playing any better - we could have had 5 wins, 1 draw and 5 defeats.

But we would have been 5 points better off.

We don't need the incentive of three points for a win to play for a win.

Oh dear, so now our fans are suggesting that we should change the rules to make our position look better.

Desperate !

We scored at exactly 90 minutes and celebrated for 80 seconds of the allotted 7 minutes.

And my point is that since he added those 80 seconds on, he should also have added the time that Chelsea took to celebrate - if he was consistent.

In every other league/country except the PL/England, play is stopped bang on the end of added time, whether somebody has scored or not.

A lot of teams are going to score against Chelsea this season so I,m not really sure how to judge our performance .

Kev was back to his best and Ross stunk the joint out.
Tim had his usual moment of madness and Fumi hit the back of the net again !
The officials were incompetent along with Everton,s uncanny ability to see out a game from 2-0 and 3-2 up.

The only real telling fact is this -> 6 Wins ONLY in the PL this season.

Ross was excellent. Compare his performance to that of any of the Manure or S***e midfielders yesterday - different class.

Jags and Howard had a very weird way of showing it for the first goal mate.

In fairness I think the 'obvious exception' he refers to was the first goal.

Other than that the defence played well. Loads of times under Moyes we'd get unlucky deflections (like the second goal) and nobody questioned the defence then. And it shouldn't be different under Martinez, especially since we'd looked a lot more solid since the turn of the year.

I think you can add onto the already added time. That's why they say a minimum of however many minutes.

Say an injury had happened in the 7 minutes on Saturday. However many minutes that took to sort out should have been added to the 7. So however long Chelsea celebrated for should have been added on.

Think about it, ijjy!

Say there was just one minute of added time to play. However long the celebrations take, the referee should allow just one more minute's play.

No defence is perfect - if they were, there wouldn't be any goals.

Goals are scored when the attack outwits the defence. On this occasion, Chelsea didn't do enough to outwit our defence. So the defence did not deserve to concede a goal.

Not always. First goal and third goal are avoidable. First one is obvious, but depiste the horrendous decision we lost 3 headers before it got there. Unless you count winning a header as outwitting us. In which case fair enough.

But whatever you say, ijjy, Chelsea did not beat our defence and score within the rules! So the defence did not deserve to concede the third goal.

However, as we know, the rules of football do not say that teams will get what they deserve. The result stands at Chelsea 3 Everton 3.
