I see your reasoning, but you assume that playing Stones at Right Back is more natural than Oviedo. I disagree. Not only has Oviedo more pace to get up and down the flank, but he is also more naturally a Full-Back and more two-footed. To me, the Byram deal is to have a TRUE Right-Back as cover. He's simply giving Mori a rest after a hectic start to Prem life. I think he wanted to ease him in, but this never happened due to Jags' injury.I've outlined my reasoning above
