Bit weird changing the back 4 - much as I love Oviedo, a right back he isn't.
Can see the sense in starting Lennon to knacker their left back out before Geri steals the show with a couple of assists.
Glad to see Mirallas get a start and just hope he seizes this chance with both hands (well feet )
 
Can't argue with him dropping Gerry, he's been blowing hot and cold, mainly cold, fades in the 2nd half, still needs fitness for me, great option from the bench though.
 
You have to wonder if the Byram move has something to do with an attempt to push mori out of the side completely. In truth he's looked shaky on quite a lot of occasions and I feel a lot better with stones and jags in the centre
 
Cleverley on the bench, if fit he has to start for me, guess Martinez would like to give his achilies as long to heal as possible.

I think it's a good side.

He might have worried about Mori competing with Costa after Aguero sent him for a paper a few times on Wednesday.
