I wish people would stop blame the goals today and against Bournemouth on our celebrations. The ref stops the clock when we start celebrating and restarts when we kick off. The ball is not is in play for longer as a result of our celebrations so they don't give The oppo a greater opportunity to score. The ref was alway going to play another 7 mins from the point that Chelsea kicked off. This season is gone now in terms of the league so no use worrying about dropped points. Let's focus on the posititives. We are playing very good football, we are scoring plenty and creating plenty against any one we play against home or away. Our players are young and have plenty of capacity to improve and learn from these experiences, as does Roberto.

The strange thing is that it's actually in the ref's best interest to avoid drama like this. In terms of both his own performance and him getting mixed up in a [Poor language removed] storm with the fans and other managers. He had THREE opportunities to blow the whistle AFTER 7 minutes had been played and now he has to face a wave of abuse and suffer the consequences from his adjudicators for getting such a big decision wrong. Why run the risk of putting yourself through that?

In any case though it's our own fault. We cannot see games out and that is the problem we need to address.

Great watch that 2nd half, but the accusations of cheating and corruption are embarrassing and sound more than a bit rawkish.

It was great to see FM jump into the crowd when he scored what he thought was the winner but it was clearly the reason that the ref added on more than the 7 minutes originally signaled. The goal was clearly offside but it seems that the lino didn't see the flick on which caused Terry to be off as he was onside when the original ball was played, or he thought that it came off an Everton player. Unlucky but that's the way it goes. We have only ourselves to blame at end of the day as we should have had the ball down near their corner flag wasting time trying to kill off the game. Instead we insisted on playing it out from the back and inviting them on to us.

Would have taken a point before the game so there is no reason to be fuming, other than we again showed our inability to defend a lead. It was Bournemouth and Stoke all over again and it was disappointing not to take the 3 points against these nouveau riche beauts.

Biggest positive for me was Mirallas back in the side and scoring a superb goal. Long may it continue. Baines and Barry looked good as well, but Stones needs to cut out the showboating which is causing him to lose possession unnecessarily.

We are where we are in the league because that's where we deserve to be. On to the next one.
Even funnier when Besic did the same the fella didn't know whether he was going to hug him or kill him boss celebration awful result. Imagine what it would be like at Anfield we'd end up with 10 players on row G in the crowd.

Still totally fuming here tbh. Absolutely pathetic refereeing and it's about time these so-called professionals were made to explain such diabolical performances. Mike Jones isn't even fit to ref park football.

This season can sod right off as far as I'm concerned (unless we give the RS the 6-0 bumming we owe them in the LC Final).
That mother fecker ain't even fit to ref a subbuteo match!

Brown envelope winging its way to that feckers home as I type

at halftime stumbled down to the city center of Bariloche, Argentina.

found a tiny little dive bar/cafe with teh match on. 4 older locals and one other whitey... just so happened to be a Chelski season ticket holder.

was nuts to be there and see us give away points only to have Funes Mori score the "match winner" ... the Argies were very very windmill.

stomach punch offside goal to tie after 7 hours of Abram-Time to that racist, teammates'wife shagging [Poor language removed] was a let down.

don't fault the boys much. that [Poor language removed] wasn't going to blow the whistle until EFC went 2 up or until it was level. had Howard stopped that, they'd still be playing whenever it is you are reading this.

Everytime I go on BBC sport or Facebook or this forum I hope to see "FA launched corruption investigation against Chelsea and officials, match void and Everton awarded 3 points".
Then I remember what a state football is in and come back to my senses.

We'll do the double over them next year.

who cares about the celebrations, it was off fn side anyways.

We wouldn't still be waiting to win the league cup for one. Can well imagine the recipient clubs (LFC right among them) have been lobbying for years against technology.
But that's why these bent feckers at the FA,will never allow video technology to be fully used,as they immediately lose their main tool to influence results in favour of the selected few !

Leaving aside the offside (those mistakes happen, and it was easy to miss the flick on), once the seven minutes was given, it had to become 8+ after the jump into the crowd. I enjoyed that celebration, great to see his passion, but it was right to add time on.

Think about it the other way - if Costa had put them 3-2 ahead on 90 min, then spent a couple of minutes in the crowd celebrating, we'd have been blowing a collective gasket if the added time had stayed at 7 min. Remember, it's a MINIMUM of that time to be added.

We didn't kill it off well enough, that's the bottom line (though having said that, I would like to time how long Oviedo was getting treatment, seemed like a long time, but not sure).

Calling for investigations into bent officials isn't the way. That way lies RAWK-land...
