Baines' left foot
Player Valuation: £90m
Why are we selling him it's sell to buy as always !!!!!!
Why are we selling him it's sell to buy as always !!!!!!
Chelsea, City, etc have stupid money to literally just throw at English players to keep their homegrown players up. He'd get occasional gametime. He may be a rich man's version of Fabian Delph, but he's in there somewhere.Amazing how people totally dismiss Barkley getting game time at Chelsea despite them being prepared to spend a substantial amount of money on him. Also obviously overlooking the fact the lad is a very good footballer who will be surrounded by far better footballers than he currently is here.
Seems like a bit of a coping mechanism to deal with the fact we're about to sell one of our best players.
This unfortunately. They are literally going down a list of English players they think they could buy for this reason.Champions want English players for their quota ... and they preferred the ox... and are willing to sign drinkwater ... ross will get best to no game time there
it also prevents one of their rivals buying him. Chelsea have previous doing that. This unfortunately. They are literally going down a list of English players they think they could buy for this reason.
I honestly don't see him as the type to get motivated. He'll be living large at a "big" club, shagging whatever comes in his wake, counting his money, and picking splinters out of his arse. Then it'll be time to move on the Villa or something.Being a bit harsh on Barkley in here. With a change of scenery and added motivation I think he would be a very valuable player for Chelsea.

He's motivated and performing where he is...So would Delli Alli
