Chang

Love it. Not the easiest lager to find over here, but if you search around some bars do serve it. Yet to find it on tap though.
A couple of years ago my old housemates got me a massive crate with 50 bottles in for my birthday. Brilliant.
Also, have you noticed how people where Chang beer t-shirts? I secretly count them as undercover Toffees fans.

Never had it but then I don't drink either.

I remember drinking St. Pauli Girl back in my college days though and remember it being ok.

Was I wrong?

No St. Pauli Girl is alright. Never saw Chang here in the States. I could have used a 6 pack of it at about 10am Eastern Time yesterday.

I would never had tried the stuff had it not been for them sponsoring the club! But, I was pleasantly surprised by the taste too, and Im not a big drinker.

It is readily available in all the Tesco's down here. Usually found in the refrigerated area where they sell the Indian Take away meals.

The Chang you get here is a weak version of the Thai stuff which is an absolute beast at 6.5%abv.

The "Changover" is a thing of evil. I always say never again but every time I go over there I seem to forget. God knows what they brew it with but I've never had a hangover like it.

Singha is a lot nicer although rather pricier.

Waiting for Danny to say that he was trying to start a discussion about the economic viability of having a sponsor that we cannot use on kids shirts, the fact that the foray into the SE Asian market has not seen the financial reward that was hoped for or that US market may be a more lucrative consideration for future sponsorship considering the growth of the MLS, two successive successful pre-season trips, victory in the MLS cup, prominent US players in the squad, etc etc.

Just a thought, but maybe having 'GOOGLE' on our shirts would end our 'search' for a trophy?

Quite like Chang beer though, but our Tesco only sells it when there is a big Everton match coming up.

I'm not a big drinker, but I've tried to get my hands on a bottle just to support the sponsor of the club. REALLY difficult to find here in the states though. I think I may need to special order it.
