Why would anyone in their right minds create a league below the Prem. Just create one called the super league and invite six team in from the Championship. Just ditch the Prem and don’t invite the scab six to join.....

Because in the end, it wouldn't matter that it's below the Premier League. Especially if the FA backed it and changed Premier League titles to be just that. Essentially rendering Man Utd's 12 Premier League titles worthless.

Also, by creating a league below the scab 6, it's giving them less of a legal footing to do anything whilst, essentially, sticking two fingers up at them while we do it.

Why would you create a product that you automatically pitch as a lower standard than the top tier, when the majority of those teams playing in it have come from that tier?

Of course they are.

The teams that have no interest in ever competing, your Sheffield Utd, Southampton, West Brom... they don’t need to compete, they know full well, that they’re worth more with them in.

They’re terrified of losing the lot, and you knew it was coming.

There are genuinely 6-7 strong teams, which will go against these, but sadly another 7, who will bow to their supremacy over what? £20m?

I've seen a number of Arsenal fan channels come out this morning staunchly pushing for Kronke to be jettisoned out of the club because of all this.

Surprisingly, I've not seen any reds doing the same for Henry.........

In that scenario the Premier League would be the top tier of English football in name only, and would soon collapse on itself.

What can you do? We as fans don't have the power.

There are 14 clubs who can push for further sanctions and ensure it doesn't happen again... but oh wait they're "divided".
